Founded by LaTonya MeChelle, a 100% disabled Veteran and seasoned expert who has navigated her own share of life's challenges, LME was born out of the desire to create a supportive space that she once longed for during her own struggles. LaTonya's personal experiences have fueled her passion to empower others, leading her to develop the powerful CHOICES (Constantly Having Opportunities to Increase Change & Empower Self) mindset - a philosophy centered around embracing opportunities for change and self-empowerment.
